Smallmouth Bass Streams Fly Fishing Report- October 14, 2021

The Murray's Magnum Streamers are exceptional for bass fishing at this time of the year.  The streams are starting to cool at night so the bass are going deeper.  The Magnum Creek Chub, Magnum Hog Sucker, and Magnum Darter all in size 4 will cover your needs.  These represent the natural foods the smallmouth are feeding on. Fish these on a 2X Leader.  I have had some customers going to a sinking Fluorocarbon leader.  Fan your casts over the whole stream and strip it 6 inches every 5 seconds.
