The little yellow stonefly is one of the heaviest hatches on many Eastern trout streams and this fly will consistently take these trout. Fish this along the sides of mossy covered boulders and leaf jams where the naturals hatch. Watch for trout rising in the tails of the pools and go one on one with these trout.
